I have been eating clean and lifting weights for 4 months and have made progress but I am still super weak. I bench like 105 pounds or so. For someone that is 6'3' 175 lbs that seems like **** right? Anyways I am wondering if it is possible that I have low test / high estrogen or some ****. Like the way I store fat, my wide hips, and low strength levels. By the way when I say wide hips i mean the actual bone and not love handles.
